Canada map is full of bugs

I am sure it is probably the best program to use for the US but Canada maps are inferior in quality. Many lakes and rivers disappear when zooming in. For example zooming in on city of Ottawa makes Ottawa river disappear. Same happens to Montreal and many other places.I guess they are just not mapped at higher resolution maps. Park borders are not mapped at all. The best you can count on is POI mark with the name and many are missing completely.
Surprisingly just scroll down same map across the border and everything works just fine.
